RETURNS AND REFUNDS
 

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it safely within 14 days of the item being delivered. We do not charge any restocking fee.

The return process is simple: just contact the Customer Service team and they will guide you and assist you step by step. Once the return process has been explained, you must contact the courier to schedule the collection of the merchandise you are returning. 

Remember that we can not accept returns on products that have been customized especially for you. You can send the product back in its original packaging, with a courier service of your choice. Return shipping and import duties to Argentina (if applicable) will be borne by the customer. 

Once the products arrive at our warehouse and it is confirmed that they are in the same condition in which they were sent initially, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days

 

THE PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. The bank transfer is also available for orders over $ 2,000. Our prices are listed in EUR or USD. Keep in mind that each reference to dollars is to US dollars.
 

 

 SHIPPING 

We ship to more than 230 countries around the world: you can select your shipping destination while browsing or at the end of the purchase. Orders are shipped from Argentina, directly from the craftsman's workshop. They are sent safely to your home with the best carriers. All shipments are insured for the total value of the product. When the product you order is particularly large or delicate, it will be shipped by shippers used by museums to transport exhibits across the oceans. This will ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. 

The shipping times are clearly displayed on the page of each product, while the final shipping costs are shown in the box.

ORDERING IN VAKIANO 

The pieces that are marketed through this page are unique and exclusive and therefore the stock never exceeds the unit. 

Those products that are not in stock can be purchased on demand. In this case the artisan can be ordered a piece of equal quality and similar characteristics to the one exhibited in the image. 

It is also possible to customize your order by making a description of the individual characteristics that you want to include in the part. This description will be informed to the artisan who will determine if it is possible to perform it according to the request. Within 72 hours, the client will be informed about the possibility of complying with the requests, also informing the deadline for the execution of the piece and the final price. 

Most of the products that are online are ready to be sent. Others will be made specifically for you. The preparation time will be clearly indicated on the product page. We accept most credit cards, Pay Pal and bank transfer. 

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. In the account section of the site, you will always find a summary of your order history.
