He was born on November 27, 1982 in Cañuelas, Province of Buenos Aires As a teenager he learned leather braiding from Gustavo Sarobe. In 1997 he began his interest in silversmithing, and learned the trade with Gustavo "Chavo" Stagnaro as his tutor in San Antonio de Areco. He later took chiseling classes from Jorge Pablo Pallarols, a master silversmith part of a family with a long tradition in this trade. He is still working in his shop in the city he was born in, and often receives advice from Oscar Martínez, another well known silversmith who lives in the neighboring town of Lobos. Some of his pieces were received by such personalities as Pope Francis and President Barack Obama.
