COVID-19 PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES
In light of recent developments in the COVID-19 outbreak, we have taken precautionary measures for our staff and customers. Our first priority, as always, is to protect the wellbeing of our staff and our artisans, who are all at the heart of all we do. As part of a wider effort to limit the spread of the virus, we will stop our operation for two weeks fully respecting our home country's quarantine. Our concierge service will still be available at email@example.com.

Vakiano's operation is up again.
In stock products can be shop normally and are being carefully prepared for shipping by our staff following all precautionary recommendations. Fedex, our main courier, is also taking full precautions, see them at this link (https://www.fedex.com/en-ar/coronavirus.html).
We are taking orders for custom products, these orders could take longer than usual to be delivered depending on the accesibility to each artisan. We are confident that the wait is worth for each unique product.
Depending on the shipping address packages could take longer to arrive. We trust in our courier, Fedex, in handling this in the best way. At this article, you can be aware of the specific delays by country. (updated 21th April)
In the event that your order cannot be delivered because of restrictions, your items will be returned to Vakiano and fully refunded.
EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD
For customers wishing to return or exchange items, we have extended our returns period to 90 days on non custom products purchased on or after Wednesday, 11th March.
